Recipe:
1/2 cup raw walnuts blended (or sub bread crumbs)
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
4 table spoons ground flaxseed
½ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup cooked brown rice
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans 240g drained weight
3-4 Tbsp vegan BBQ sauce
1/2 medium white onion (finely diced // 1/2 onion yields ~3/4 cup)
3 tsp smoked paprika,
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp spoons garlic granules
5 table spoons nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp each sea salt for coating
