Can this be done as a "freezer meal" ?
Just made the chick pea stew. This is my favorite recipe of Nisha's so far! I didn't have any fresh herbs so I used dried parsley and thyme. Turned out delicious.
I cannot eat tomatoes is there a sub for it you would recommend?

Oh, and I used canned chickpeas b/c that was all I had on hand and it still turned out great. I will use soaked chickpeas the next time I make this.
