What we forgot to add to the video!:
*PANKO!
-The Panko from Trader Joe’s is vegan, cheap & delicious. We love to use this straight out the bag or lightly toast it with vegetable oil in a pan. We love to add this to the top of our creamier rolls, especially the California rolls. It adds an amazing texture & flavor element!!!
*AVOCADO ROLL
-Make a roll with a bunch of avocado in it and nothing else. This is honestly one of our favorite kinds of sushi and it’s the easiest to make.

Help me understand something please. Why do vegans make vegan meat, fish, cheese etc? If it looks the same and tastes the same why imitate that which you stand against. Why not make something different instead of calling it salmon or tuna or salami.

Enjoyed this and have a few other ideas. I am not a fan of siracha sauce but love wasabi (both the real stuff (ie the fresh wasabi) and the green coloured horseradish that we get in shops) so would substitute that in the various things. I would also add a smidge of it to the tuna rolls, salmon rolls, etc. But these looked so great. When I was a meat/fish eater, I hated eel but the mushroom eel rolls look amazing and I am looking forward to giving these a try! And I would add some black toasted sesame seeds to the inside out rolls where the rice is on the outside. Thank you for the great tutorial and the great ideas, so much work and so beautiful!
