Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
3/4 cup of uncooked quinoa
1 medium onion
OPTIONAL: a small amount of other coloured veggies (peppers work well!)
1/3 cup coriander leaves
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
If using salt up to 2g may be required
Method:
Cook the quinoa as per pack.
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celcius for 10 mins.
Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Shape into patties, arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 35 mins (no need to flip)

I can't believe Carneval and the other carnivore idiots think you're suffering from "extreme ageing."
Only major difference between then and now is a few wrinkles, which is entirely natural. People just age at different rates (my father didn't age at all between 30 and 55, but now that he's 60 he looks like a 70-80 year old man — old age hit him really hard because he was putting his body through a lot of stress).
I hope u washed the quinoa beforehand fbecause its lightly poisonous😅
So cute, reminds me of my son – same sense of humour, same facial features. I'll try this today with flat-leaf parsley instead of cilantro which I dislike with a big raw salad on the side. I'll pass on the press though and just make balls and flatten them – faster and easier – if asymmetrical 🙂
