I just did this recipe today. I used frozen broccoli florets instead of fresh and it came out fine. I served it with brown rice and garnished with chives and sesame seeds. Overall, everything tasted too salty. There wasn't any actual salt in the recipe so I think it was just too much liquid aminos. Also, sauteing and tossing the delicate tofu around was a bit challenging since it crumbles so easily. I prefer cooking tofu in the oven or air fryer that way the cubes don't fall apart and no oil is necessary. I LOVE all your recipes Nisha (whish is why I bought your book) but this one was not a fave. 🤷‍♀️

This was super flavorful, although the tofu turned out a little mushy. Do you need to make sure the saute function is on hot? I think it was on normal which was the problem, either that or I didn't press the tofu long enough. Either way the sauce is great and I am really enjoying your cookbook!

Such a shame you don’t list ingredients and portions. That won’t keep ppl from buying your cookbook. So irritating. I’m trying to send my vegan mom a couple vids to help her get started with her instant pot I got her. YouTube has pretty much only your videos come up when I search but all with no ingredient list. 🙄 Silly.

I've tried so many recipes for tofu-broccoli that did not work, I was not sure this one would. But, it was amazing, so flavourful! That means I'm going to spend the next hour looking at other recipes from Nisha!
