This Instant Pot soup recipe is full of vegetables and lentils layered with herbs, seasoning and spice. It’s something I seem to be making often these days as it’s so easy and tastes so good!
You can switch up the vegetables based on what you have in your pantry. I used some char-grilled peppers in this video but use fresh peppers if you don’t have the char-grilled ones.
The hot sauce really makes a difference so be sure not to skip out on that! Enjoy!
