Cooked a squash curry last night…so tasty. (Easy on the fenugreek unless you like your curry bitter.)
how is it that the ginger garlic paste is so white? i'm really intrigued. normally it comes of yellow. maybe your adding too less ginger and too much garlic? well, if it suits your taste than that's what you should do.
I did the eggplant recipe today and that was AMAZING, so tasteful and smooth. It was as good as it would be in a restaurant (not my words, I'm quoting my gf who loved it as well). It's also very easy and quite fast (just put your eggplant in your oven in avance, otherwise you'll have to wait to eat…).

Its amazing video but I want to share pro TIP here: with spinach you added a split Chana Dal you can cook separately in pressure cooker and it will not take 35 or more minutes to cook the whole recipe can done in 15 min. Just try it if you like

If your vegetarian you might as well fucking go vegan, like bro what makes you be like “ oh I’m not gonna eat meat but nahh that slice of cheese over there that came from a mother who was raped and had her child taken from her… I gotta have that” “I can’t do it without cheese” Get the fu k out of my face fr it’s frustrating
