Rebecca Jean says:

Easy to follow , and turned out so yummy ! I made a smaller portion too in a glass banana bread Pyrex and it was perfect for two and easy to adjust in terms of eyeballing how much veggie sauce and cheese I would need .

I also just layer ricotta and a Italian cheese blend ( no egg ) and it still turned out great !

Thank you ! I look forward to trying out not

This yummy dish is so easy, anyone can do this child's play! There's so few ingredients yet so many disparate vegetables, and one processed vegetable (a jar of red capsicums), so as a vegetarian and one who can have the discriminating enjoyment of it (I'm a gourmand), I recommend a glass of shiraz to go with this curly lasagne dish. Cheers! 😀

Patricia Lambert says:

This is the second time I made this lasagna dish…..always good!😄
