This is the type of food that I will be eating as a Low-Carb vegetarian. Some of this is modelled loosely on the Ketogenic diet. This is not vegan, although some food in here would be good on a vegan lifestyle as well. These are just the things I am eating, I do not wish to tell anyone what they SHOULD or MUST eat, please always make your own informed decisions what works for you. I am just sharing my own ways! I'm vegan and type 2 diabetic and I loved this video. Direct and simple. I also never tell anyone else what to eat. I like the ideas and the flow. Thinking about nutrition and awareness is great. Nutrition information is really useful. Do you use jumbo oats or oatmeal?
