This is the type of food that I will be eating as a Low-Carb vegetarian. Some of this is modelled loosely on the Ketogenic diet. This is not vegan, although some food in here would be good on a vegan lifestyle as well. These are just the things I am eating, I do not wish to tell anyone what they SHOULD or MUST eat, please always make your own informed decisions what works for you. I am just sharing my own ways! Low Carb has worked really well for me in the past on my weight loss journey. If you feel the need to criticize, please take that somewhere else 🙂 Thanks!

I'm vegan and type 2 diabetic and I loved this video. Direct and simple. I also never tell anyone else what to eat. I like the ideas and the flow. Thinking about nutrition and awareness is great. Nutrition information is really useful. Do you use jumbo oats or oatmeal?
