Indian Onion Bhaji – Vegan Vegetarian Recipe

3 Onions halved and sliced
1/2 cup Chickpea Flour
1/4 cup Rice Flour
1-2 Cloves Garlic chopped
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
Oil for frying

Can we omit the lemon juice?
