For Moroccon one, I'd suggest to use Sumac instead of smoked paprika, though I love the touch of chewy dates with quinoa 😉
I would love to see more power bowls with grains the different grains I'm trying to eat more healthy and I'd like to see some things with like millet and other grains

There is nothing typically Moroccan in the Moroccan version ! Pistachios are not a commun ingredient in Moroccan cuisine. Carrots are a basic ingredient as well as chickpeas and tahini is middle eastern. But it looks delicious !
