Oh wow! I love avocado, garlic, and cilantro. I’m going to make these with almond flour.Nice video. Thanks!

        Words by Maribeja says:

@Alisa Battaglia Doubt any good with coconut flour unless using something to bind the mixture, for example egg, in that case just make an egg omelette with a side of centre of mashed avocado?

        Natasha Tiffany says:

If you do almond flour, it will work. It doesnt hurt to add a little but of baking soda or an egg for bonding as well but you just have to make sure that you use enough almond flour in order to make it have the same consistency as dough. In gonna try this and make some pasta as well.

        Noel Deal says:

@Natasha Tiffany never heard of baking soda being a binder…?

        Noel Deal says:

@Words by Maribeja psyllium seed or xanthan gum are binders…

        Words by Maribeja says:

@Noel Deal Thank you, I know of xanthan gum as a thickener, didn’t know it was also a binder.

        Flattlander Montgomery says:

@Sings Claro I just started vegan keto yesterday. I was doing it about a year ago. I’m going to be strict for 14 days then I’m going to eat tons of low carb veggies and greens and supplement with fats and proteins. I lost 65 pounds mostly on high carb low fat, but I’m still overweight and I feel like my body needs more fat, and I am addicted to carbs, I can’t eat reasonable amounts and I binge eat too often, Potatoes are supposed to be the most satiating food but I just want more, and more and more!!

        Brian Terrell says:

Definitely will be trying this soon!!! Thanks for sharing!

April Coignard I be just tried it with almond flour and it doesn’t quite work, in the end I added a bit of coconut four then ordinary white flour and messed up the combination of ingredients completely 😂🤪

        Vaibhav Satpute says:

this is our everyday breakfast in north india but we use ghee instead of oil and seasonal vegetables instead of avocados. avocados and olive are good option for cold countries. if you put the oil while bread is on pan it will make it crunchy from outside and soft from inside. mutlilayers parathas with carrom seeds are also another option for those who cook and store for next few days.

        Prachi Goel Kansal says:

        vaibhav right

        Gale Ceballos says:

Just tried this now.. and it looks so beautiful, tastes so healthy 😊 wanna make this again definitely! 👍🏻
