Homemade Coconut Milk Recipe | How to make Healthy Coconut Milk at home | Vegan Milk

Improve your heart, immunity, muscles and accelerate you weight loss process with healthy Homemade Coconut Milk. To make this highly nutritious coconut milk all you need is a mature coconut & some water.

Ingredients to make HomeMade coconut milk :-

1 fresh mature Coconut
1 cup (250ml) Water

Method to make coconut milk at home :-

Take out the outer layer of the coconut. Use a heavy object to break the shell.
Grate or chop the coconut into small pieces.
Put the coconut in the blender & add small amount of water to begin with ( you can use slightly warm water or water at room temperature)
Gradually keep adding water & make a smooth mixture.
Use a sieve & muslin or cheese cloth, collect the first thick extract or milk in a bowl.
Squeeze to take out all the first thick coconut milk.
Collect & put back the leftover coconut residue back into the blander.
Add water & blend again.
use Sieve & same cloth to Collect the second thin coconut milk in another bowl.

Drink this coconut milk as it is, or you can use it in curries, soups, dough, shakes smoothie etc

You can also refrigerate it to use later. Stir well before use.
