Thank you I decided to do what I call vegan Sunday’s and I was unprepared for knowing what to eat other then vegetables fruits and beans
Looks delicious!! I have to eat a certain way however, I am introducing more of a vegan food plan for Ice discovered I have been experiencing brain fogginess from dairy and I already do not eat wheat, flour nor sugar. I'm almost 65 and all the toxins in my body have caught up with me. I've been off dairy for 4 days and already have an abundance of energy. I also have to keep my carbs low for now but, I do get my carbs from grains, quinoa, oats, chic pea noodles…I've lost close to 200 lbs. so far eating healthy. I want to adopt this healthier lifestyle of eating. Enjoyed your video.
