Written recipes are on tasty.co! 🙂
She put in the comment section
Put in kelp the size of 2 iPhones…that’s how we measure in 2021. 😂
Modern measuring 😅
@Jasmine Pak it’s actually very intuitive!
I was drooling when i was looking at jasmine eating 🤤
I just started learning korean, and thought to myself that it would also be cool to start making korean vegan food.
This just came perfectly , 감사합니다 !
You got this!! 화이팅! my Korean is getting better day by day with all the Korean dramas I’ve been binging. Oops 🙈
Yessss my favourite 😍😍😍
Tamari should be the gluten free option of soy sauce, so that would be better than the coco aminos as the coco aminos take more of a teriyaki flavor with the sweetness.

@Yun Ah Nam lol a treat once in a while is not a bad thing, everything should be done in moderation 🙂
@Shahaf Palas ¯_(ツ)_/¯ i guess thats true of all food items
Thank you! I will definitely try these out for the Lunar New Year! 🙂
Thank you for tteokbokki tip about soaking!! I always wondered why the outsides were always cracking
I’m so happy to see you using regular table salt, or iodized table salt, which is really important in a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Iodine is really important to good health 😄!!
I’m not even vegan but these definitely got me drooling!!! Perfect for proving to my family that veganism isn’t boring!
That “ayo” made me so happy
If you haven’t tried kimchi stew you’re sleeping on the best soup/stew ever! Hands down my favorite and I crave it all the time
agreed!!
Same! I can’t get kimchi in India…thanks COVID 🙄. I’m gonna make my own kimchi but it won’t be as good bc we don’t get the right kind of cabbage or korean chili powder 😭.
I got to visit Seoul last year and tried so much delicious vegan Korean food! I didn’t know how much I would find and there were so many amazing restaurants to check out!
Korean food is so easy to veganize! Love these recipes because these are almost the same normal recipes you would see in a korean household. Removing meet only makes a small difference
Confused whether she’s Taiwanese, Korean, Chinese, or Filipino.
I am half Taiwanese, half Korean
Well , she is love ❣
This is why Korean and Indian food are elite–SOOO many vegan-alternative, friendly options
Don’t know about korean food but Indian food really depends on the region. Some regions in India have very vegetarian friendly food and some have lots of non vegetarian heavy food. But you are right Indian vegetarian is truly elite.
Trust me that blanch spinach with soy sauce, sesame and sesame oil is so good.
For the Japchae, you can also use gluten free tamari. Tamari is made the same way as regular soy sauce just minus the gluten. In my opinion it taste much better than using liquid aminos.
okay I love how there’s nothing too crazy going on, like I could go and make this tomorrow if I wanted. THANKS!
“We all know spinach cooks down to a single leaf” 😂😂
FACT! … and it still shocks me every time
