Hi.. I was wondering how often you give your daughter a smoothie? I have a 23 month old boy and he is super picky. He doesn’t like any fruits and veggies at all. He only likes carbs like bread quesadillas & pizza which I make at home with some hidden spinach and shredded chicken and that’s it. I recently found out about giving him smoothies just so he can have some veggies and fruits but is it okay to give it everyday though? Thank you..
