4 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies for kids (and adults). These are breakfast drinks for kids and also a great way to get some hidden veggie into their diet! I hope you like the video 🙂

#GreenSmoothie
– 1 cup of your favorite milk
– 1 big handful of baby spinach
– 1 banana
– 1 avocado
– 1/2 a cup of mango (optional)
– tbsp of honey (optional)

#Mango&CarrotSmoothie
– 1 cup of orange juice
– 1 banana
– 1 cup of mango
– 1 cup of carrots
– 1/2 a cup of pineapple
– tbsp of honey (optional)

#BlueberrySmoothie
– 1 cup of frozen blueberries
– 1 banana
– 1 cup of apple
– 1 cup of your favorite milk
– tbsp of honey (optional)

#StrawberrySmoothie
– 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
– 1 cup of your favorite milk
– 1 banana
– 1 cup of strawberries
– tbsp of honey (optional)
