Everything looks so good! I haven’t had a chance to try many Filipino dishes yet (I’m Thai, living in the US), but had a Filipino friend who asked me about vegan food to make for her dad. This would be helpful for her, and I want to make some to try too! This is awesome. Thank you

Being vegan takes a lot of will power and determination. And I think having these kinds of recipes will surely make one’s vegan kind of lifestyle easier and healthful.
I’m subscribing from now on as I see most of the dishes have ingredients that are easy to find in the local market.

My daughter & I have been experimenting on tofu and veggies dishes for so long now. And it’s really great! 🙂

@Shannen Libres So sorry for the late reply. I didn’t see this until now. You can use Vegetarian Stir-Fry sauce. There’s one brand, Lee Kum Kee, that carries this at most supermarkets.

When I started to be a vegan since quarantine 🙈I always want to have a vegan food but no time always going in fast-food before, now I always buy fresh vegetables at the market and cook it at home that’s what I’m thankful of during this quarantine I have no appetite to eat pork meat anymore,,I’d realize every life form on earth has a right to live every life is precious, animals life is precious like our pets they have soul and also want to live like us, animals is also our reflection of ourself, how much we as a human eager want to live in this earth, also they are.

        rcestudios says:

Thank you so much for sharing your insight. I do agree. When we tend to be more mindful about our consumption, we realize the consequences of our actions and we lean toward a more compassionate and conscious living. What you explained is beautifully explained! I hope you continue taking care of yourself, the animals, and the earth, even after quarantine with your newly found insight. Keep in touch!
