I use an Omega juicer to juice the cooked veggies to get as much juice out of them as possible.

Vinegar for hard water. Let sit for a long time and it might take a few times to completely clean off the hard water scale.

First: do not add the fresh herbs at the beginning. They lose flavor the longer they are exposed to heat. Add them at the end and let them steep in the hot liquid for about twenty minutes.
Second: the veggies are useless. Just get rid of them.

You can’t wash celery properly with the root on. What a shame you didn’t sauté the vegetables so they release there natural sugars and make it so tasty
