These are really good, but one can also make these with cooked basmati rice blended and powdered oatmeal for gluten-free-ish.

Why do use gluten powder when you could use cooked beans and peas as an animal protein substitue? Gluten is a gut destroyer! Millions of ppl are on GLUTEN FREE diet b/c they are sick to death!!!! (I am one of them.)
