Smoothies are awesome I agree, great video by the way. I feel the problem I would have with this particular one is the colour, it came out looking really dark and tar like, my kids wouldn't touch it! haha, I suppose its a case of finding a good balance and an appetizing colour too…🙂

Smoothies are a godsend. I suffer from tmj (jaw problems). So sometimes I physically am unable to eat salads (or any type of raw fruit or veg.. Well. Aside from things like watermelon maybe..) Because clenching my jaw to chew can be … unbelievably painful and there has been times when my jaw won't close all the way and I have to "chew" with my tongue… Lifelong condition. No cure. Physio has helped. But… On days when I can't eat salads i either have to shred and steam veggies so it's like rice. Or … I can make smoothies!! Yay!
