I really love this format of your guys’s What I Eat in a Day. I am DEFINITELY going to make that oatmeal. That looks bomb! I do soo appreciate how accessible and familiar these meals are, and I agree although I am not a mother (I cannot even imagine those time management/multi-tasking skills), I do get lazy and don’t want to spend insane amounts of time in the kitchen cooking/cleaning, so basically I loved these meal ideas.

I always find my leftover rice gets dry in the refrigerator. Any tips for reheating it? Love this video style btw!

I usually sprinkle some water over it, put it on low flame and cover it so it can steam and make it soft again… Hope it helps

Air tight container and we usually do a splash of veg stock but water works too like noted above! Or the vegan butter

I love making apple cinnamon oatmeal but I make them separate(never thought of just adding the water oatmeal on top of the apples) I’ll have to try that! Really enjoyed this style of video and seeing more of wifey as well!
