Haggis has barley and oats, not rice and olives. I'm really sorry, but this is anything but a Haggis.
I enjoyed vid but haggis must never be sliced like a pie or even look like that. It should ALWAYS be served in a ball-like shape as traditionally seen. Never heard of olives in haggis and lots of black pepper and some Mace should always season the haggis to give it its distinctive peppery flavour.
A) As a general rule, I love your videos. I enjoy the recipes, and I enjoy you as a presenter.
B) This looks really tasty.
However, that said…
C) Does the world need vegetarian haggis? Are there that many vegetarian Scots who are feeling terribly left out on Burns Night? And, is it really vegetarian haggis if it doesn't contain vegetarian lungs?
