My mom makes some delicious vegetarian chili for my family. Here is the recipe –
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped red onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 Tbs. olive oil
salt and pepper
1 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp coco powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cayenne pepper
smoked paprika
soy sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 cup corn
1 can pinto beans
28 onces crushed tomato
2 cups vegetable broth

This is my favorite chlli recipe ! Make it every time withsome variations in veggies but always perfect ratio of spices and tomates. Thank you so much for sharing.
