INGREDIENTS
For the bread –
300 plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp yogurt
100 ml water
Zatar spice for topping

For the hummus –
400 gms tinned chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
2 garlic cloves
2 sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp oil
1/2 salt
2 tbsp water

For the cauliflower nuggets –
500 gms cauliflower florets
FOR THE SPICE MIX
4 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 garlic powder/ salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp cornflour
FOR THE BATTER
100 gms plain flour
50 gms corn flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Bread crumbs to finish

For the salad –
Cucumber
lettuce leaves
mango
salt
lime juice

That is an incredible looking meal! I love how the cauliflower held its shape instead of being just a deep fried blob, like I see most times. 😀
I like to wash dishes while I cook. There's nothing worse than being satisfied and relaxed then having to go clean in my opinion. It may be harder to do while filming, but I hope that's helpful. 😊
