I’ve found the smoked tofu at metro in ontario. Do you have something like metro out there or even sobeys? I feel like it might be at a more expensive grocery store. Sadly superstore doesn’t have it here.
I have recently started buying nori sheets and toasting them on the stove for a few seconds until they’re crissssp af and then sprinkle with seasoning, it’s so delicious! Like chips but healthier
