evelyn baron says:

Yo dudes yourselves whatever you have no idea how great that sounds if you don't live in Los Angeles. My sis was vegan and had problems with digestion, in our family we don't do half measures so after a year on Keto etc her staunch wonderful husband had to be treated for gout and yes she knows about FODMAP if I got that right because it was brilliant. Here is an unbelievably simple recipe, just picked one of your videos at random for anyone out there: pretend you're making ratatouille; the usual suspects and it helps if like me you make your own marinara but no biggy; do not over cook, watched people bake stuff to death for hours, just chop up in even pieces, sweat for 15 minutes all you need with whatever is available; a bay leaf or 2 I throw in rosemary because it grows in my window and separately on the stove I add just a bit more water ratio to red lentils which gets deposited into the mix so I arrive at an incredible concoction which I sometimes pair with wild rice and mushrooms or not … throw in handful of spinach or kale at last minute. People come over and eat this stuff and have no idea there's no meat etc. there, it's delicious … and cheap. Love you guys, have my own better half not a twin but just as good, my best friend my sis!.
