I've been watching your channel for months now, but I just made my first quinoa bowl! It was similar to this one, with black beans mixed with a homemade salsa, fresh chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, onions sauteed with a sliced jalapeno seasoned with garlic, salt, and cumin, all topped with a spicy guacamole salsa as a dressing. I'm so excited to try quinoa, this bowl turned out beautiful. You would be proud! Also, you are one of my favorite. I just refer to you by name to my husband. Keep up the good work!!!
My next thing I'm going to try is one of your kimchi recipes. I love kimchi!

I watched this just in tiiime b/c I already had left over quiona, avocado & black beans from previous recipes 😆 so lucky mee 😅 But omg 😩 it's soo good, filling & tasty. Definitely a staple now aaand I had just finished a workout aha perfect timing for a last minute meal. Eating it now as I type 😋 taking left overs to work 😄
