Chinese Veg Bullets, a mouth-watering delicacy which no one can resist. Most people try this amazing dish at restaurants, but with this recipe you can easily make it at home with the same taste. Make sure you try this and impress your guests with this Quick Easy to Make Cripy Crunchy Veg Bullets.

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage- 2 cups (chopped)
Carrot- 1 cup (chopped)
Capsicum- 1 cup (chopped)
Maida- 1 cup
Cornflour- 3/4 cup
Red Food Colour- few drops (depends on the colour type u use, i used powder colour mixed with some water)
Soy Sauce- 1 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp

METHOD
Mix Together all the ingredients. make sure the mixture is sticky that it does not form any shape. you can adjust the quantity of flour according to your need. spread some oil on chopping board and spread the mixture evenly with the help of a knife. heat some oil. now cut the strips of mixture with knife directly into the oil. fry them till they change colour. Your crispy vegetable bullets are ready. Enjoy them with any sauce of your choice.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. All the vegetables has to finely chopped.
2. Adjust the quantity of flour according to your vegetables
3. you can store them in refrigerator for 15-20 days, just half fry them and let them cool down and pack them in ziplock pouch and store them in freezer.
