Soy Mince Recipe

Hi guys ,

For this recipe you will need

1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup red;green and yellow bell peppers chopped
1 box of soy mince ( about 400g)
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1teaspoons curry powder
2 1/2 cup water ( added incrementally )
1 potato chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup frozen veggies
1teaspoon corriander pesto (optional )
