Ohh I just found your channel and love it! If you ever want to do a collab let me know 😉 Subbed!
drooling!
For those who have been asking, the bento boxes are from Monbento (I have not been sponsored by them to make these videos). You can find the bento boxes here: http://amzn.to/2vTgRbV ❤
@Laizra Lina a
I’ve buyed two bento boxes from a quality brand, but am not quiet happy with them. They spill and after a little bit, the cover doesn’t fit anymore. And, honestly, even taking the biggest boxes, it’s not enough for my husband to eat 😀 But the ideas are great –thank you so much!
@D T just what I came here to ask! Also if you were traveling with this, and planning to eat breakfast at work, those bananas and avocados would be brown by the time you got there.
Okk
Please make a video of vegan pizzas
The mashed bean sandwich looks amazing. I’ll definitely be having that for lunch this week
Super Kitten Looks like it needs a condiment on the bread, otherwise too dry.
facshc vegan mayo ?
@SparkledCity nonya city
I know I’m a year late but that sandwich is incredible
@facshc i had vegan truffle mayo it was great
I’m crying, I wish I could eat like that everyday 🙁 Lamentably the actual situation in my country doesn’t allow me to eat well (is literally horrible) so I barely can have enough of nutrition for living…
But I’m sure that this channel will be my guide for when i get out of here (someday) I have hopes
Find a way here to the usa
Exactly my same situation
@Baatar Hofmann SOCIALISM… thats the real story of venezuela… we need to help get the president out and bring in someone who wants to fix the issues in that country to help those people.
There are many alternatives to oily foods in India. According to Vedic culture you shouldn’t be eating fried foods at all and chilies mostly in summer. Other spices when prepared properly help the digestive system and give flavor to vegetables. Breakfast can consist of fruits, daal or chana with rice, or pulao. Stuffed parathas are ok for breakfast so long as they are not everyday, and are made with ghee in correct proportion, and eating with limited amount of achar. Excessive amounts of oil and butter should not be used in making parathas. For lunch, thin chapaties and sabzis followed by plain curd or curd with rock salt or jaggery powder is good. for dinner, again daal or soup and some salad is proper way of eating. Fried foods such as pooris, bhaturas, samosas, and pakoras, should be reserved for special occasions and are not meant to be eaten on a daily basis. Neither are Indian sweets, which are only meant for festivals and again portion should be no more than one-two bite sizes. This is how we eat in my home in India and most homes I know, except for one lol. درفشاں سلطانا

That’s also my problem
I would love to see how you make any of those within 5 min
Are vegans gas sufferers
@Derek Moller that’s true. Keep track of your fibre intake. I used to have above 70 grams a day.😅 Now it’s all fine.
Agreed !!!!! It’s like make it in 5 mins but prep for 15-20mins
@Lanz Carter Still no video. Guess you can’t do it. Thanks for insulting and violating YouTube policies. You’ve been reported. ✌🏼
@mauia888 firstly, in what way did they violate any policies?
Secondly, who in their right mind would upload a video of themselves peeling an orange for some stranger in the comments who can’t peel an orange under 5 minutes!?!?
Thirdly, for the orange recipe, she doesn’t even PEEL the orange…. she chops it.
“I find that if i put an orange into my bag whole, it’s going to come home with me” -truth
wow, def truth. i do that all the time!
awh man i love oranges too much to do that.
REALISTIC!!
Same thing goes with apples.
Me peeling a orange for 10 minutes.
really ? and take a shower how will you take ?
Same here lol
Try rolling the orange on the table first
I swear vegans eating some good looking food

Sadia, does anyone ever told you that your name means “healthful” in Portuguese? Cause it does.
Sara Ra it can mean different things in different languages. Stop arguing 🥴🥴😂

@Heide Carrion oh and don’t change for anyone
Same😂.
That sucks
@Anu Joseph no it’s great
I can’t even afford buying the ingredients for the first breakfast 🤣 *cries in poverty*
M N i’m so sorry! keep your head held high, life will be better for you soon 🥺💕
Sorry to hear that. Maybe try ingredients that are more local. Kiwis are expensive in US for eg, so I do more stuff with grapes/blueberries/apples. Also regular Greek yogurt or cottage cheese instead of soy is still healthy unless you are trying to be vegan or are lactose intolerant. And if you can get bulk granola from Costco and add raisins. If you are not from US I hope there are similar substitutions you could make.
You can make your own vegan yogurt for cheap. Also, if you go to a farmer’s market toward the time they are going to close, you can get a great deal on produce because they want to get rid of it. Granola is cheap to make. Use oats and things. Spending $ on food to make yourself is cheaper than fast food. It’s also cheaper than doctor bills and treating diabetes and heart disease.
Another idea is growing some of your own food. Even if you just have a patio or a sunny window, you can grow edible plants in containers (you can also get a grow light for indoor gardening).
See if there are things you can grow that are more expensive, or not available locally — to supplement your grocery shopping. For example, fresh herbs are expensive in the store, but you can grow basil, chives, etc. in a pot on your windowsill.
Same 😂 things are expensive in Jamaica
Her: 5 min breakfast
Me: Washing strawberries, and spinach, cutting tomatoes, avocados, and chives, cutting oranges …30 mins later.
Also me: 1 hour later, still arranging it nicely to look cute like the video.
Agh so true, I can never squish the time.
I n d i s p i r a t i o n _ right? Lol
I think she means it takes 5 minutes to eat them 🤣
@Arjo & Imke Wijnhorst 😂😅
it took me 5 minutes.. i dont undeserved why do people think it takes so long..
*me during the whole video wondering how to close the bento boxes lid cuz the stuff is sticking out*
OMG! Yes! I thought the same thing. The yogurt will run out. 😂
it’s just for presentation so we see how it all looks from a nice angle, just use less/rotate things to fit better and you should be able to shut it no prob.
