This recipe has been handed down to me from my grandma. They taste delicious, and are a great comfort food. One of my favorite foods. I can eat these for breakfast, lunch, dinner and as a snack in between, hot or cold. These fluffy goodies are delicious and get devoured quickly. Piroshki (пирожки), is a generic word for individual-sized baked or fried buns stuffed with a variety of fillings.They are perfect treat for christmas!

I went to your site and it's confusing when it comes to filling. You didn't said anything about potato and onion and mushroom quantity only 3.5 potato and onion 1.5. Is it in cups ? Is it quantity ? or lb ? Also, it does not say in your recipe that potato should be peels or not. Because I did not know, I had to peel it. I almost quit this recipe because it's not clear. I think you should consider to fix that. This video is very fast too.

My gran always used to make these because it reminded her of her childhood years in Russia. It is part of our family tradition and I was a bit sceptical about changing it up like you did. But this is superb!!! Definitely making it again.
