Spring Rolls Vietnamese Style
Serves 5-6
Ingredients
– 1 carrot
– 4 mushrooms
– A bunch of spring onion
– 150g prawn
– 100g glass noodles
– 500g pork mince
– 5g salt
– 7g coconut sugar
– 15ml soy sauce
– 7g chilli
– 7g garlic powder
– 1 egg
– 200ml sake & water
– 20 rice papers
– egg to stick the edge of rice paper
– 200ml olive oil
Dipping sauce
– 10g honey
– half a lemon
– 50ml soy sauce
– 10g chilli

May I ask why need to add sake to water?
They dont look very crispy
May as well fry them with that much oil, no?
