Wowww Amazing
Hi..I had made this &it was came out perfect..&was really really delicious.loved it.thanks a lot☺
Ah yes. The classic old – Take western dish, replace meat with paneer, replace thyme/sage/tarragon with "a pinch" of cumin & garam masala, call it Indian food.
There is very little Indian about this.
this is anglified indian food. so yeah…one tsp of cumin and a pinch of the hot stuff.
also…anything tastes better with the addition of heavy cream. thats the trick of north indian cuisine
only 1tsp of Cumin??? what the?
I think it's interesting Anjum decided to cook the elements separately and then construct them together, as opposed to the traditional way of baking the elements together.
