Ingredients for 2/3 servings
– Potatoes –1 lb. — 450g
– 3 Scallions
– Brown mushrooms — 0.5 lb. — 225g
– 1 pressed garlic (or minced)
– Olive oil — 1 tbsp. for the scallions — 2 tbsp. for the potatoes
– Salt & Pepper

1:00 . Do not use Fabic softners, they're made of Animal fats. Use One tablespoon of White Vinegar instead, it will clean out the build up of crap out of your Washing Machine AND Solve your Smell & Flavour Problem from your Kitchen towels.
I made them, best fried potatoes ever! I used Lawry’s seasoned salt.
The addition of mushrooms with the potatoes, makes the dish a little healthier.

Waste not, want not! Use the discolored mushrooms, as long as they are not rotting. We all need to save money!
