Thanks for sharing- just started low carb vegan. Great resource thank so much for brilliant REAL content 👍
Thank you so much for your content! I am not necessarily looking to go vegan but with my health I am looking to decrease some dairy/meat consumption and increase my vegetable intake in a way that's low carb friendly! Alot of vegan creators have given me such good ideas!
I really appreciate the lower-carb vegan recipes – and I appreciate that you aren't going nuts being overly restrictive. I find these videos very helpful.
This video is SO helpful for me because my body just doesn't do well on high carb. I enjoy protein and fats way more. I've started a strength training program and I really want to stick with plant based protein. Plant based eating makes me feel way better and i just like it more for several reasons. I know it is two years later, but thank you so much for this video.
Yes room temp water for sure!
One great source of protein are peanuts.
put your socials info into about on your profile here. i wanted to see your insta whle on computer, but it wasnt there
I really want to add more salt to my diet lol.
stop being soo rude to your viewers
I loved when you said " Do you Boo" lol
Room temp water is for me.
Room temp or even a bit warm water in the morning! :))
Have you ever made Vegan tamales ?? I would LOVE a recipe for that
I like room temp water!
I drink warm or room temp water in the morning, otherwise it's cold for the rest of the day. If it's hot out, it usually means my apartment is hot, and I NEED ice water. Otherwise I feel gross and my body overheats more.. and my thirst doesn't go away… my throat stays feeling parched or sticky. If it's iced I can drink a glass and be good. I feel cooled down!
New favorite person, new favorite diet, you are hilarious and I love you xD
I am already a fan of yours. Drop F bombs more often 🙂
Liquid ice! ❤️
Room temp water 🙌 I thought I was the only one!
By the way what your eating looks delicious.
I am trying low carb at the moment. Recently I saw in YouTube that it’s not good to be low carb and we have to choose wether we want carb or keto or other wise we will be dancing between keto and non keto other wise we feel worse. I have not experience. What do you think. I only eat veg, fruit, beans, lentil, tofu, tempeh, cheek peace. By the way fullyraw Christina also advocate the mushroom tea
Food goals! 100% making some avocado kimchi toast tomorrow morning!
Room temp !! I always ask restaurants for water, NO ICE. can't handle that shit.
I NEED THAT SHIT TO BE LIQUID ICE!
Not sure if you know this, but you are absolutely gorgeous WITHOUT makeup. Just sayin'.
I like you!! New Subbie here!! 💝
I need to have my water 💧 ice cold ❄️
I can’t stand warm water unless it’s tea 🍵
I don't think your digestive system changes if you drink colder water than room temperature water. I think water is water and it does what its suppose to do no matter the temperature.
So I listened to the podcast Talking Tastebuds and in the episode with Jasmine Hemsley they talk about the ayurvedic reasons behind drinking warm/hot water. Really interesting stuff!
I enjoy your what I eat in a days, they're great for inspo! 🙂
