I learned a great way to peel ginger 🙂 but I would like to point out out that's necessary to rinse the fennel more than what our wonderful Italian teacher is saying.

Brilliant teaching video! And thank you for re-directing how I roast vege-no oil! It works so well and they do taste so much better. I also peel ginger with a knife and use for tea. I live in Montana and in the winter ginger is my go to for keeping healthy.💕
