First ban HALAL products

Halal is discriminatory , if no slaughter by Muslim it’s considered as non-halal. So it discriminates poor Hindus and backward class who employed in this industry.

Halal is discriminatory according to Constitution . It disallows people from other relegion than that of islam to enter this industry.

Mentioning or advertising HALAL means u have mentioned & advertised that you have discriminated a particular group.
An aware person should complain if anywhere it’s advertised or mentioned as HALAL.

KaraDUN says:

@Ben Dragan oh I never heard about that. I thought people just said that because they thought that everything was fake or something. Hospitals are really falsely diagnosing patients????

pas un suiveur mais un leader says:

@KaraDUN as a nurse I can vouch for how stupid this is. They are diagnosing everyone with this cheap. Death rates of heart attacks, pneumonia, suicide, car accidents have gone down because of corona virus. Everyone dies and death is not going to stop when we are quarantined. A virus is so small a mask is not going to stop it. Why do you think dr falsely is encourage 2 and even more masks.

KaraDUN says:

@pas un suiveur mais un leader hey I’m lucky that you replied just now. I’m young so I’m sure I can get over it soon but I was diagnosed with the corona virus yesterday. Is there anything special I can do or do I just have to wait it out?

Jonny Riga says:

Been vegan for 5 years, vegetarian for almost 20 now. Couldn’t imagine going back to eating meat. Especially since I stopped when I was like 11. Been working out my whole life, living comfortably and happy 👍 no matter your reasons for being vegan, do it anyway. It’s a positive for more than just yourself.

Charlie Parr says:

@Miki Djuric I’m not OP but I went vegan and put on a lot of muscle, went from 64Kg Lean runner build to 76Kg and quite ripped over about 6-8 months 🙂 Very cheap too if you buy staples like rice, beans, grains, fruit, veg, oats, tofu

krys4mayor says:

That’s wonderful

Jayden J Bryant says:

I could never go vegan because I hate hate vegetables

Roxanne Bennett says:

I wish I could become vegan but I have no idea how to survive

Charlie Parr says:

@Roxanne Bennett Google vegan 22! Really helpful resource which guides you through a few weeks of plant based eating.

ButtahscotchKisses says:

Went plant based for two weeks. I lost whole dress size.

N I says:

@Some Guy will try:) but I must say I was already vegetarian……the thing is I was expecting some drastic change like some people say and nothing really happened……😂

Some Guy says:

@N I If you don’t mind, I am now wondering if you were eating a pure whole food plant based diet, or close to it? A vegan diet is not automatically a healthful one.

N I says:

@Some Guy it’s mostly whole food, in the sense it’s more than 95% home made…..but it does include refined sugar(a lot) and it very occassionally fried food….. basically I just cut out the very rare cake, chocolate, ice-cream and deserts and the daily milk(in coffee and tea) and curd and slight ghee. I still expected atleast some change due to the daily cut in diary, that did nothing though.

Some Guy says:

@N I Sounds like you eat a diet which is more healthful than most people’s, except for sugar. If you can start eating more fruit, you might bring yourself to give it up. I eat a lot of fruit and fruit smoothies. When I want to sweeten a recipe, I use unsweetened applesauce, but unfortunately, I haven’t found any that includes the peels. I guess I could make my own. As for fried foods, you should try an air fryer. I love mine. Some recipes I use no oil and others, a light spray of olive oil.

N I says:

@Some Guy both fruit and air fryer is kind of luxurious, but maybe I can try to incorporate fruits more 😅

Well of Mystery Healing says:

Gave up meat thirty years ago. Two years ago I did a detailed blood test, all the numbers were on point. No deficiencies except vitamin D, but that is very common for where I live. Just in case you wanted a long term case study example. There are a lot more options today for vegans, and it does get easier planning meals. But listen to your body and do what is best for you.

Well of Mystery Healing says:

@ermguitar Thanks for sharing your inspiration. Sounds like you already noticed the relationship between how you feel, what you are eating, and the impact each one of us has on the planet. Keep the awareness going friend.

Ryan Hastings says:

Do you take supplements?

angellovesyouall says:

same here i have to supplement vitamin d but the winters here are brutal

Adriana Booker says:

I feel like people always make fun of vegans and assume the worst, but it’s honestly such an incredible change for your body. I’ve been vegan for less than one year, but vegetarian for 11 and cutting our dairy really made a huge impact. Even if you eat a few meatless and dairy-less meals a week, that’s a start!

Jordan Jay says:

This might be a silly question, but what are some standard meals you eat while vegan? What are your go tos that you must have in the fridge. Im having trouble transitioning because all I can think of are steam veggies and rice

leavesofchange says:

I would say with the benefit of hindsight, don’t go vegetarian as a transition, go dairy-free as a transition. Dairy has no benefits, but meat does. Biggest mistake ever is to eat less meat and more dairy to compensate.

JonasKvideo says:

@Jordan Jay keep a protein sources available. That is beans, lentils, peanuts, tofu and other nuts and seeds.
Smoked tofu is awesome, that give a nice flavor. Also have some replacement meats, they are not the healthiest but the right ones taste great and change up your meal plan.
In my opinion a well balanced vegan diet can include some of these processed foods. It will still be healthier than 80% of other people’s diet.

Jordan Jay says:

@JonasKvideo Thank you!!

tina cho says:

@Jordan Jay My goto meals are curry, chili, roasted veggies, burritos, stews, fried rice (when I have rice leftovers), stir fry, you can easily veganize almost anything you already like… I guarantee that if you search for your favorite foods + vegan you’ll find a bunch of results. For inspiration check out these amazing creators: rainbow plant life, avangtgarde vegan, simnett nutrition, cheap lazy vegan… I’ll stop here but there are so many! 😀 Good luck! 🙂

karambadodox says:

14:24 Testosterone increase, hell yeah baby! That’s what happens when you stop eating bovine and chicken hormones in meat and milk.

Some Guy says:

@José Ferreira Meat and dairy tend to have high saturated fat content which can clog your arteries. Some of your thinnest arteries are in your penis, which is why ED is often an early warning of cardiovascular disease. Eating more vegan meals will help, but you need to cut out the animal products for best results. The only plant based food with high saturated fat is coconut, which is easily avoided.

Herb Thymebaum says:

@Some Guy I’ve always wondered why cholesterol and saturated fat will clog your large heart arteries and cause heart attacks, but don’t clog all our tiny capillaries and lead to massive gangrene all over the entire body.

Some Guy says:

@Herb Thymebaum You may know more about it than I do.
I just report what I have heard from the experts like Dr. Cauldwell Esselstyn. He was able to reverse atherosclerosis (cardiovascular disease) with a whole food plant based diet. That was the only dietary intervention to ever do so.

Monokuman Nius says:

@Some Guy it is not saturated fat that is unhealthy. It is sugar (mainly fructose), vegetable oil, rancid oil and processed food that is detrimental to our health. I eat tons of saturated fat daily and my blood level is insanely good. Low CAC level as a marker for calcified artery, high HDL, low trig.

Some Guy says:

@Monokuman Nius The effects of eating a lot of sat fat and dietary cholesterol may occur over years of eating that way. We don’t have to choose between avoiding those detrimental foods you mentioned and avoiding sat fat and cholesterol. I avoid all of those. On the other hand, I eat a lot of fruit, which is beneficial. A whole food plant based diet is the goal. You might be one of those people who has genes that make your cholesterol levels automatically low, but I wouldn’t bet my life on it.
“Eating too much saturated fats in your diet can raise “bad” LDL cholesterol in your blood, which can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. “Good” HDL cholesterol has a positive effect by taking cholesterol from parts of the body where there’s too much of it to the liver, where it’s disposed of.”

Travis Middleton says:

Veganism isnt a diet…. veganism is a lifestyle that excludes all forms of animal exploitation. Plant based is the diet.

Henrique Ferreira says:

cafeaulait69 have you ever heard of grass fed? You drank the kool aid of the vegan propaganda and have never looked back

Nakadu says:

@Henrique Ferreira Except that it’s not facts…he’s been asked to provide evidence and not done so…..I wonder why 🤔…..lol how can veganism be responsible for more loss of habitat than eating meat?? You know cows eat a lot more than people right?

Henrique Ferreira says:

Nakadu soya bean farms in the amazon seems like a good start to me, flying in foods from multiple continents like the spoiled condescending 1st worlders that you all are seems like a solid second.

Nakadu says:

@Henrique Ferreira please research before you lecture. Up to 80 percent of the soya beans grown in the Amazon are for animal feed. Most soya grown in the world is for animal feed. Think about it….a cow eats a lot more plants than a human ever could….if you only eat animals, and they only eat plants, then obviously you’ll be responsible for more land being used than if you just ate plants directly. You can eat what you want and use any reason you like…..but facts are facts.

Henrique Ferreira says:

Nakadu well i actually didn’t know that, in any case i oppose grain fed animals, if all the beef you eat is grass fed there is no involvment there

Travis Middleton says:

veganism is the way of the future

Skylar Oler says:

@Peace Dweller Why do you pay for innocent creatures to be murdered for your convenience?

Peace Dweller says:

@Skylar Oler The same reason you pay for millions of innocent insects to be murdered for yours. All humour aside however, I do now only buy Meat & Fish from quality butchers & fishmongers and not store bought farmed/cornfed goods.

the menacing qaud says:

but we are omnivores so we need the protein and fats from meats like fish and animals kill other animals so it nature in always to eat meat

iRO Chakri says:

@Andrew Brown You know before when East Asia was so poor, the people were relied on veggies and fruits and had little meat because meat was expensive. Guess what they were all short and didnt live long. Now if you visit East Asia, people there are so tall, big, and they live longer. Thanks to meat, milk, and eggs

Tsukino Ookisa says:

Veganism wont be the future, more than half the population will surely still eat meat. If were not eating animals, then theres no point to them. I doubt farmers will take care of cows and not be able to eat them. Its a waste. Theres no point of animals to be alive if they dont serve a purpose

Ellis tar Ceansa says:

In my sixth year of being vegan … *fitter than ever* … any regrets? … that would be not going vegan earlier.

a a says:

@DANZ 70% of crops on EARTH goes to animal agriculture to feed the animals which are going to be slaughtered. Such a dumb thing to do.and don’t ask me to tell you about the unbelievable amount of water you need to make 1 pound of meat.
Mark rober make a video about how freaking waste of an energy is to produce meat, than plant based protein.
He is a former NASA engineer and he is not even vegan.
Watch it please. You don’t know what you are talking about

DANZ says:

@a a how about respecting others choices to eat meat? I feel great eating meat as I am allergic to many plant sterols with severe allergies. I am also a sheep farmer. My sheep are free range and well cared for buddy

a a says:

@DANZ respecting other people choices is just a fancy word and I will prove you in a second that even you yourself doesn’t truly believe in it.
I don’t know you,but I kind of assume you are against people eating dogs or cats in some countries, how do you look at these people? It is thier choice to choose what kind of meat to eat right? And after all, cats, dogs, sheeps and cows are all animals.
well, then why most of you omnivores and carnivores cringe about some nations eating exotic animals or dogs and cats.

To help you understand the prospect of a vegan, picture yourself cringing about a Chinese person barbecuing a dog, then replace the dog with a cow, sheep, chicken etc. There you go

Monokuman Nius says:

@Herb Bowler dude calcium isnt vital. It needs vitamin D3 and K2 to be used properly. Those people in those countries do have a lack of exposure of sunlight which in turn creates vitamin D deficiency in the long term. I doubt they have taken care of their vitamin D level by supplementing and/or decent diet.

Herb Bowler says:

@Monokuman Nius
Look : Dude magnesium is just as important. The most ideal ratio is twice as much magnesium as calcium. So people that consume a lot of dairy are not getting enough magnesium with the calcium. This is the number 1 cause of osteoporosis.
Dude !!!!
And calcium is absolutely vital. We can’t live without it.
Dude.

I’ve been vegan for 4 years, when I made the change my eczema and asthma disappeared and have been gone ever sense!! It’s amazing 😊😊

Payton Jacobellis says:

@G A Smith AHAHA OMG I JUST REALIZED THAT 😭🤚

Tsukino Ookisa says:

@Payton Jacobellis do u use supplements?

Payton Jacobellis says:

@Tsukino Ookisa nope 😊

Proserpina says:

@Payton Jacobellis No problem and you are not alone actually. I have asthma too and also diabetic, they’re both genetic. Because my grandmother from my mom’s side smoked, and she has diabetes, so it runs from my mom’s mother’s side of the family.

Practicing mindfulness has helped me with my asthma, and health, and overall well being. I’m a religious and spiritual person.

I recommend practicing mindfulness by meditating, or doing yoga for 30 days, and decide if you want to continue practicing mindfulness, or not. The purpose is to improve your breathing, health, and overall well being.

@jonas l, and if you go vegan you lack vitamin B12, protein and a solid source of fiber and overall nutrition.

Lawrence Tierney says:

@K S Can you give references, academic papers etc which back that up? I would be interested to read them.

James Echevarria says:

Pesticide veggie

K S says:

@Lawrence Tierney here’s your reference :google.com. if you want the facts just simply research it, humans need b12 and a vegan based diet doesn’t provide it and without B12 primarily found in meat you get pernicious anemia.
