Looks delicious, but by no stretch of the imagination is this 'katsu curry'. This is almond coated chicken with curry sauce. There is also no need to capitalise the 'k' in 'katsu'. It isn't a proper noun and derives from the English word, 'cutlet'.
what can you use instead of almonds for coating the chicken?
