Not great, really. No carrot in soffrito, why not use liquid off mince to add to stock? Why boil milk in separate pan to roux. Why no nutmeg or cloves in bechamel? Why oh why oh why! Middling domestic recipe that creates a lot of unnecessary mess.

TRAGOS says:

All perfectly acceptable imo but I think he should've added carrot

Vlad Grigoras says:

you're alright but that's nothing close to a "classic" lasagne mate..

Lucas Pickford says:

It’s just as good without the white sauce and using mozzarella instead imo. Easier to prepare as well.

When do you add salt, pepper and other seasonings to the Ragu?

C B says:

Maja Jani says:

"Got some cloves" Cloves of what though?!

Udi Ohayon says:

Worst resipe ever

Adam MacDonagh says:

So much of the bechamel sauce is wasted

Freedom says:

Wow thank you so much I can't wait to make this

A Zakuti says:

Dave D'Video Maker says:

I use Knorr beef stock pots to season the ragù.
And to season the béchamel, I’ll use vegetable stock pots.
