Hiding vegetables in my toddlers meals is one of the only ways to get her to eat them. Here are a few meal ideas with hidden veg when I’ve actually remembered to pick up the camera. There’s even a little tantrum thrown in at the end. As a whole hiding veg makes evening meal times slightly less stressful!

Please let me know if you want more videos like this.

Lots of love

kid refuses to eat meal, mom proceeds to film video about kid friendly meals. HAHA!

Serena Sweeney says:

Great ideas. Don't bother with the "lite" mayonnaise. It tends to have more sugar and if you use a whole egg mayonnaise it will only have mainly good fats in it. Low fat is never good only reduce saturated fats.

Chrissy Johansen says:

Great ideas, I like that you left your daughter rejecting part of the meal in this instead of leaving it out, made me feel like I'm not alone in the struggle! My little lost her appetite after a spell of croup and thinking her throat was probably sore I let go for youghurts and smoothies in excess, now my previously eat anything toddler is questioning anything that isn't ridiculously sweet :'( Whoops!

Alicis Johnson says:

what the point hiding it if you going to tell her

Robyn M says:

My 2 kids will eat anything if you say it's something else eg broccoli are little green trees and cauli little white trees. Make pretty pics with the food ect or let her help prepare that could work

zoe cross says:
