It does not make sense to me to cut out a healthy food such as sweet potato or lentils to name a few… Would it not be possible to just eat a smaller portion in relation to the amount of fat and protein available in the meal?

Very, very helpful. I did really well on keto for the first time, fell off the wagon and realised I just wasn’t happy eating so much meat and animal products. I know I feel great on keto but I didn’t want animal overload so, I’ve been looking in to keto vegetarian. I found this very helpful. Thank You.

Vegetarians can do eggs and cheese? So why not butter and ghee? Be coherent please!
Thank you👍 I will try.
Wow this was a great video! I'm not vegetarian and was looking for a guide for a friend, and I really liked how there were cut scenes showing the different types of foods that people should eat, and it was made to look appetizing! Many other videos are of people talking and telling us what to do, but the visual of what to eat really makes this video a notch above. Very professional. 5 stars!
