SHame they dont say the 300g of quinoa is cooked. Just made this and the quantities are all qrong because I cooked 300g dry weight. COnsequently the flavouring is all wrong too, and it so it feels like a big waste of time and effort. This is my only criticism of HP receipes – often unclear, and seemingly thrown together.

Love love this burger, a keeper. I served mine with your homemade beetroot humous and your mayonaise, I did have to thicken with flax seed and cashew s but delicious and a gluten free roll with watercress too. Delish. Thanks guys! Xx
