Made these….fantastic! Get yourself a bottle of Cowboy Kent Rollins Red River Ranch Original Seasoning and substitute half and half with the smoked paprika. makes it even better!!
not that you will ever read this but take it up a notch and add some garlic when you take them off the heat and just let the heat of the dish cook the garlic then serve. Garlic Fried Potatoes! WHAT!
This is pan fried potatoes 101.
I toss, the par boiled spuds cut wide, in flour and a bit of hi temp oil
then fry in cast iron (it does make a difference but not the end of the world if not)
with a couple of garlic cloves sliced. Till golden ~4 min and then flip for the other side.
Thumbs up for dating game reference. Imagine how ruined/ canceled that show would be if on today.
This gave me the idea to fry up some leftover boiled spuds. Cut um up small and fried them with some butter and garlic, topped um with some mayo and cheese. Was yummy.
