In the first recipe , why green tea bags are added ?? If we are adding all the other strong spices and making a masala , then I think green tea is totally unnecessary ..

Rather than boiling it separately frying chhole with the tomato gravy and later pressure cooking makes it much more tastier rajma and chana can be cooked in same way .Add roasted cumin and clove powder in the end to enhance the flavor.Also adding chopped coriander leaves while frying tomato gravy will make it yummy
