My aunt ALWAYS made cream cheese whipped potatoes! I've been making them for 10 yrs now and they are so simple yet yummy! Just take out the cream cheese to soften a couple hours before you need them then whip them into your potatoes with butter and milk. Use as much or little as you like. I like a lot lol and the less you mix them in the better cause then you'll get little bits in each bite! Chives are great in this too! Please reply if you try this!!
