PrettyPinkPeacock says:

Caitlin adding again to my growing list of “totally going to try some day”

Mary Davidson says:

Wow the dump and bake casserole with the pesto looks treacherously delicious 😋

Beet The Rush says:

I’ve never tried the romesco sauce, it looks incredible!

Jeffrey Philip says:

It’s all about the sauce. A common one I make is 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1-2 tablespoons of tahina, a bit of turmeric salt and onion powder. Works great as a creamy rose style sauce for pasta or for tofu over rice.

Natalie Wisler says:

YESSS SAUCES ARE ✨EVERYTHING✨

Natalie Wisler says:

I use Vegenaise as a base for all my sauces to make them creamy!

samara says:

same!! kinda obsessed. i love adding siracha or chipotle to it, and then mix it with veggies and protein on a tortilla or as a sandwich

Natalie Wisler says:

@samara yess!!! Literally same!! Except I’ll put it on like a Buddha bowl!

valérie baker says:

Looks yummy!! Great ideas!
I love chimichurri sauce too, especially with noodlees, portobellos and chillies! 😍

The Vegan Hippie says:

Everything looks great but those mushrooms, OMG I need them now. Must get some balsamic. I also liked how you gave suggestions on how to use the sauces.

MaryEllen Bunce says:

I would love oil free sauce and dressing recipes

Caitlin Shoemaker says:

several of these are oil free, and i have a few more on my blog!

maya says:

I would suggest swapping the oil for water or plant milk

Davida Bache says:

Do you know how to make a green goddess dressing? These dressings/sauces look lovely.

Ms. D says:

I’m with you on green goddess dressing. I get it from a salad restaurant called chopt on their mexicali vegan salad. I actually mix it with FYH ranch.

Emma Rose Bauman says:

so true that people THINK vegan food isn’t as interesting or doesn’t have as much depth of flavor, but really it’s just a whole new cooking style, and once u learn it, is just as diverse and satisfying! i always feel like when people miss certain meat products, they’re probably just missing the seasoning that goes on it. anyway, thanks for your videos as always!

Susan Holl says:

I’m going on 9 yrs vegan. The secret to getting the family on board was interesting sauces. Probably will try all of them. Could really use some more vegan salad dressing ideas.

Marina Romero Llovet says:

Hello! Catalan here (living in Barcelona): romesco sauce (original from here) is actually traditionally eaten with ”calçots”, a type of spring onion we eat roasted during this time of the year. We actually organize feasts with family and friends called ”calçotada”. That said, your version looks quite similar to the original one (also vegan) and I bet it tastes awesome!

Caitlin Shoemaker says:

ah interesting! thank you for sharing 🙂

Claudia Benito says:

Another catalan here 🙂 thank you so much for the recipe! Actually Ive never seen romesco eaten with seafood, mostly with the calçots or other grilled vegetables, but I’ll definitely try it with pasta eventually!

Hannah Rondthaler says:

5 years going on and I have never seen or heard of doing that with mushroom and I am SO excited to try it!

Lis.H says:

Thanks for making sauces that aren’t all tahini based! No problem with tahini, but I easily get sick of it and it doesn’t always work with everything.

Alicia Tivoli says:

I make a chili garlic sauce that I keep in my fridge for quick stir-fries and to dip roasted veggies in!

Safira Aden says:

I am transitioning! Thank you so much it helps 🥰

Sabrina says:

These look amazing! Can you do some that are oil free and maybe fruity like raspberries or blueberries??? Love love love your channel!

The Pot Thickens says:

All my favorites. I haven’t made a romesco in a long time. I forgot how much I like it.

Daphne Tuccitto says:

I love adding miso paste to peanut sauce. Of course, miso paste makes everything more delicious.
