Cauliflower Florets – 300 gms
            Water – As Needed
            Salt – ¼ tsp
            Turmeric – ¼ tsp
            Maida – 4 tbsp
            Rice flour – 2 tbsp
            Corn flour – 4 tbsp
            Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
            Curd – 2 tbsp
            Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
            Garam Masala – 1 tsp
            Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
            Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
            Salt – To taste
            Oil – For deep frying

            Baby Potato Fry Recipe:
Dry Roast and Grind:
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
            Chana Dal – 1 tsp
            Coriander Seeds – ½ tsp
            Black Peppercorns – ¼ tsp
            Fennel – ¼ tsp
            Cumin – ¼ tsp
            Dried Red Chilli – 10 nos
            Sesame Seeds – ½ tsp
            Coconut (grated) – 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Baby Potato – 500 gram
            Water – 4 Cups
            Oil – 1 tbsp
            Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
            Urad Dal – ½ tsp
            Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
            Curry Leaves – 10
            Salt – To Taste

            Karaikudi Mushroom Fry Recipe:
Mushroom – 200 grams
Batter:
Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
            Maida – 1 tbsp
            Salt – ¼ tsp
            Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
            Water – 3 tbsp
            Oil – To Deep Fry
Coconut Paste:
Coconut (grated) – 2 tbsp
            Cashew – 3 nos
            Water – 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
            Fennel Seeds – ¼ tsp
            Onion (finely chopped) – 1 no
            Green Chilli – 1 no
            Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 no
            Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
            Curry Leaves – 10 nos
            Turmeric Powder – A pinch
            Fennel Powder (Saunf Powder) – 1 tsp
            Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
            Salt – ½ tsp
            Black Pepper Powder – 1 ½ tsp
            Water – 3 tbsp
            Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp

            Tawa Paneer Recipe:
Paneer (cubes) – 400 gms
Marination:
Curd – 2 tbsp
            Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
            Salt – ½ tsp
            Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Masala:
Butter – 1 tbsp
            Oil – 2 tbsp
            Onion (chopped) – 1 no
            Green Chilli (slit) – 2 nos
            Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
            Tomato (chopped) – 2 nos
            Capsicum (diced) – 1 no
            Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
            Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
            Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
            Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
            Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
            Salt – ¼ tsp
            Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
            Mint Leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
