My first healthy breakfast recipe is Oats and spinach pancakes. You can also call it as cheela or chilla, which is made with lots of vegetables and love for energetic start of the day. It is full of nutrition and taste which you will experience in every bite. It can be enjoyed as breakfast/evening snacks/lunchbox/kids tiffin along with any of your favourite chutney or ketchup.
My second recipe is spinach and corn sandwich which is made spinach, corn cheese and whole wheat bread along with some spices. It is very delicious, satisfying and also full of fibre and proteins. This is ideal breakfast recipe for busy morning. It can also be enjoyed during evening tea time snacks.
Serve along with Schezwan chutney or tomato ketchup.
