Hi , how much dough does the 2 1/2 cups of vital wheat gluten make? I make my seitan by washing flour, so I need to know how much flour for your recipe. thank you
These are really good, but one can also make these with cooked basmati rice blended and powdered oatmeal for gluten-free-ish.
Can I not use yeast?
We use wheat flour add grated zucchini, coriander leaves, carrots , add cumin, coriander powder dash of Garam masala and do this .

Well I accidentally stumbled across this recipe today looking for something else. So I decided since I like everything in the ingredients that I would give these sausages a try. Why do use gluten powder when you could use cooked beans and peas as an animal protein substitue? Gluten is a gut destroyer! Millions of ppl are on GLUTEN FREE diet b/c they are sick to death!!!! (I am one of them.)
